WellBeing for Professionals

A structured, evidence‑based coaching program for people who want to enhance wellbeing, resilience and purposeful performance.

This program is ideal for you if you:

  • Are functioning in daily life, but want more – more clarity, energy, meaning or ease
  • Are ready to reflect, experiment and take small, consistent actions
  • Prefer a structured, research‑based approach rather than quick fixes or purely motivational advice

You don’t need a diagnosis or a crisis to benefit. This is about building wellbeing, resilience and purpose from where you are now, whether that’s stuck, stretched or simply wanting to grow.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Duration: 10-20 weeks

Foundations & Strengths (Sessions 1-3)

Focus: Build clarity, safety and a positive starting point.

Establish coaching goals, values and a wellbeing baseline (e.g. PERMA / wellbeing wheel).

Identify character strengths (VIA) and explore how they already show up in life and work.

Begin using strengths deliberately to move toward specific, meaningful goals.

Outcome: Client has a clear direction, language for their strengths, and first strength‑based actions in motion.

Emotional Resources & Resilience (Sessions 4–6)

Focus: Equip the client to handle emotions and setbacks more skilfully.

Cultivate positive emotions through gratitude and savoring (Three Good Things, savoring).

Develop more helpful thinking patterns and responses to adversity (ABCDE model).

Introduce self‑compassion to soften the inner critic and support learning and recovery.

Outcome: Client has practical tools to manage stress, broaden perspective and relate to themselves more constructively.

Meaning, Motivation & Relationships (Sessions 7–9)

Focus: Connect change to deeper purpose and social context.

Clarify values and future direction (Values clarification, Best Possible Self).

Turn intentions into realistic behaviour change plans (WOOP).

Strengthen relationships and communication through active constructive responding and gratitude.

Outcome: Client is clearer on their “why”, has concrete if‑then plans for key goals, and is actively improving important relationships.

Integration & Ongoing Practice (Session 10)

Focus: Consolidate gains and design a sustainable path forward.

Review changes since the initial wellbeing baseline and coaching goals.

Identify the 3–5 practices and insights with the greatest impact.

Create a simple personal wellbeing/leadership plan with habits, supports and early‑warning signs.

Outcome: Client leaves with a coherent picture of their progress and a tailored, realistic plan to maintain and build on it beyond coaching.
