Program Structure
Duration: 12-month blended programme (also available over 3 or 6 months — contact me to discuss)
Live learning sessions (group):
· Regular 60-minute live sessions on core leadership topics
· Practical content with discussion and real-world application
1:1 coaching (the core of the programme):
· 2 × 60-minute coaching sessions per month
· Quarterly 2-hour review and integration sessions
· 32 hours of individual coaching over 12 months
· All focused on your current role, team, challenges and decisions
Resources & tools:
· Tailored, evidence-based exercises and materials
· Designed for immediate use between sessions
Time commitment: approximately 3–4 hours per month per participant
