The programme

Four stages.
One coherent

Each stage builds on the last — from building self-awareness and strengths, through emotional resilience and meaning, to sustainable habits and a personal wellbeing plan you keep long after our final session.

The pace is yours. Most clients complete the programme over three to five months, with sessions scheduled to fit around your life and work.

Stage 1

Sessions 4–6
Emotional resources & resilience
Equipping you to handle emotions and setbacks more skilfully
  • Cultivate positive emotions through gratitude and savouringpractices
  • Develop more helpful thinking patterns and responses to adversity
  • Introduce self-compassion to soften the inner critic and support learning and recovery
Outcome
Practical tools to manage stress, broaden perspective and relate to yourself more constructively.
Stage 3
Sessions 7–9
Meaning, motivation & relationships
Connecting change to deeper purpose and social context
  • Clarify your values and future direction
  • Turn intentions into realistic behaviour change plans using if-then implementation strategies
  • Strengthen key relationships and communication patterns
Outcome
Clearer sense of purpose, concrete plans for key goals, and actively improved important relationships.

Session 10
Integration & ongoing practice
Consolidating your gains and designing a sustainable path forward
  • Review changes since your initial wellbeing baseline and coaching goals
  • Identify the three to five practices and insights with the greatest ongoing impact
  • Create a personalised wellbeing and development plan with habits, supports and early-warning signs
Outcome
A coherent picture of your progress and a tailored, realistic plan to maintain and build on it beyond coaching.

Peterson & Seligman's classification of 24 universal human strengths gives you a precise, evidence-based language for what you do naturally well — and how to use it more deliberately.
Broaden-and-Build Theory
