Why I put this Program together

This 12-month program grounded in evidence based positive psychology and coaching psychology offers a comprehensive approach to leadership development.


I put this program together to address a notable gap during my career in leadership competence due a lack of formal training on fundamental skills often overlooked on shorter courses.


Meaningful personal and professional development takes time, commitment, dedication, and a sense of curiosity on how you can perform to your potential. 

This program allows you to delve deep into evidence based positive psychology principles; practice, apply and integrate these new skills in the real world leading to sustained growth and performance.


The timeframe allows for regular feedback and reflection sessions to fully internalise and apply the new skills, tools, frameworks and techniques enabling the growth of a psychologically healthy leadership mindset.

‘Emerging Leaders Development Program’: A 12 month period to enable the new skills time to fully develop, by exploring these new skills in depth, practice them in real-life situations.

Emerging Leaders need time embed their new learnings and to reflect on their experiences and adapt their strategies accordingly which is crucial for meaningful growth and mastery.

This timeframe offers opportunities for true learning and development allowing participants to fully integrate the new concepts into their leadership style.


'Accelerator Learning and Application’: A 6-month program for existing managers/leaders who have foundational skills and experience allowing for accelerated learning, enabling participants to apply new concepts and strategies quicker in their current roles, enhancing their leadership effectiveness.


Individual workshops for Teams and Groups: A half day workshop focusing on specific topics such as strengths, resilience, emotional intelligence or team dynamics, participants can develop targeted skills to enhance their effectiveness within their current roles.

FEATURES & STRUCTURE

Live Classes

Each topic will have a live 1 hour session allowing for in-depth exploration of the specific topics ensuring each session is tailored to cover key concepts, tools and applications related to the topic.


This format creates a structured learning pathway as participants progressively build their knowledge and skills, allowing time to reflect, practice and integrate their learnings between sessions, promoting deeper understanding and sustainable change.


Individual Coaching

We will have 2 x 1:1 60-minute coaching sessions a month.

The focus of these sessions will be on one of the program topics and we’ll explore how you can apply the learnings in the real world by setting specific, measurable goals.


Each quarter we will have a two-hour session to review and reflect on challenges, learnings and development.


In total that will be 32 hours of 1:1 coaching over the 12 months.


Developmental Workbooks

As part of the program, you will receive tailored content and resources to meet your unique needs, challenges and goals.

This ensures your learning is directly relevant, engaging, and applicable, enhancing your ability to implement new concepts to your leadership practice.


Evidence Based Tools
