Duration:
12‑month blended program
Live Learning Sessions (Group):
- Regular 60‑minute live sessions on core leadership topics
- Short, practical content with discussion and real‑world application
1:1 Coaching (Core of the Program):
- 2 × 60‑minute coaching sessions per month
- Quarterly 2‑hour review and integration sessions
- 32 hours of individual coaching over 12 months
- All focused on current roles, teams, business challenges and decisions
Resources & Tools:
- Tailored, evidence‑based exercises and materials
- Designed for immediate use between sessions
Time Commitment:
- Around 3–4 hours per month per participant
