A blended programme combining regular group learning sessions with 32 hours of individual one-to-one coaching — all focused on your current role, real team challenges and the decisions you face every day.

I know what it takes to lead in demanding, high-stakes environments — because I have done it for over 20 years. My career in senior leadership roles across finance and investment management, at institutions including the Church Commissioners of England, Millennium Global Investments and the Qatar Investment Authority, gives me a firsthand understanding of what emerging leaders are actually up against.

That experience is the foundation of how I coach. I combine the rigour of an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology with practical credibility that comes from having lived the pressures my clients face.
