This programme is for people
who want to thrive
—
not just cope.
You don’t have to be in crisis to want more. This programme meets you wherever you are — stuck, stretched, or simply ready to grow.
Four stages.
One coherent
journey.
Each stage builds on the last — from building self-awareness and strengths, through emotional resilience and meaning, to sustainable habits and a personal wellbeing plan you keep long after our final session.
The pace is yours. Most clients complete the programme over three to five months, with sessions scheduled to fit around your life and work.
Sessions 1–3
- — Establish coaching goals, values and a wellbeing baseline
- — Identify your strengths and explore how they already show up in your life and work
- — Begin using strengths deliberately to move toward specific, meaningful goals
Sessions 4–6
- — Cultivate positive emotions through gratitude and savouring practices
- — Develop more helpful thinking patterns and responses to adversity
- — Introduce self-compassion to soften the inner critic and support learning and recovery
Sessions 7–9
- — Clarify your values and future direction
- — Turn intentions into realistic behaviour change plans using if-then implementation strategies
- — Strengthen key relationships and communication patterns
Session 10
- — Review changes since your initial wellbeing baseline and coaching goals
- — Identify the three to five practices and insights with the greatest ongoing impact
- — Create a personalised wellbeing and development plan with habits, supports and early-warning signs
By the end of the programme,
you will feel genuinely different.
Grounded in research.
Applied to real life.
Every tool and exercise in this programme has a peer-reviewed evidence base. This is not motivational advice or generic wellness guidance — it is the science of what genuinely helps people flourish, applied with precision to your specific situation.
Seligman’s validated wellbeing framework — Positive emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning and Accomplishment — provides the backbone of the programme and the measure of progress.
Peterson & Seligman’s classification of 24 universal human strengths gives you a precise, evidence-based language for what you do naturally well — and how to use it more deliberately.
Fredrickson’s research demonstrates that positive emotions don’t just feel good — they actively expand thinking, build resilience resources and create the upward spiral that sustains flourishing.
Neff’s work on self-compassion shows it is consistently associated with greater wellbeing, resilience and motivation — and supports learning and recovery far more effectively than self-criticism.
Cognitive reappraisal and positive cognitive behavioural approaches help develop more helpful thinking patterns and more adaptive responses to adversity, setback and uncertainty.
Gollwitzer’s research on if-then planning shows it dramatically increases the likelihood of following through on goals — turning good intentions into real, sustainable behaviour change.
“I came in feeling like I’d lost the thread of what mattered. By the end I had a clearer sense of myself, my values and what I actually wanted — and practical tools to keep building on that every day.”

Academic rigour.
Real-world experience.
I know what it feels like to perform well on the outside while something quieter is going on inside. I spent over 20 years in senior leadership roles across finance and investment management — and I understand the particular pressures that come with demanding professional environments.
That’s why I became a positive psychology coach — and why the approach I bring is grounded in both rigorous science and genuine human understanding. I don’t offer quick fixes or generic advice. I offer a structured, evidence-based process tailored precisely to where you are and what you need.
Every session is built around your specific situation, goals and strengths — not a one-size-fits-all framework.
